Please note that we do not offer free returns; shipping fees apply.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them. However, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must remain intact as originally received.
  • Only normal product handling is allowed; any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  • Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions stated above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@ataraa.com
  2. Ensure that your email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s address

We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the return to the sender; we will provide the correct return address after you contact us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are a natural person entering into a contract for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activities:

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item of your order.

Since we operate an entirely automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. As a result, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order has been placed. Therefore, a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ataraa) through a clear declaration (e.g., via email) stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed once we receive the returned merchandise. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Processing Returns for Orders in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the items before returning them. However, you may notify us in advance of your withdrawal.

To ensure a quick return process, we kindly ask you to provide us with a shipment confirmation once you have sent the return.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the original shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a shipping method other than the standard, least expensive option we offer). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive both:

  1. Your notification of withdrawal from the contract.
  2. The returned goods.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
